Camplot DXF Problems

Ive got a camtech router master 52 and i am using camplot as the control program...
My problem is, when i try to import a DXF file into camplot, it keeps giving me an error message. It wont seem to recognise any DXF files i try to open/import. However the files already in the camplot folder that a previous user has imported send to the router fine and work fine...

Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Hello! I have a Camtech Router, but the Camplot software has been lost, I have tried everywhere but can't find it. Can you help?
