Did you cut anything? Compensated toolpaths will have rounded corners and still cut square cornered parts. The toolpath has corners with the same radius as the tool, so they leave a square corner.
I am using artcam pro 2008 and exporting to mach 3 to run my router. In my drawing the corners are 90 degree perfectly square. When I create a 2d profile tool path in artcam it is rounding the corners in the toolpath preview. If I select machine along vector it will square the corners but it does not compensate for the tool with and just centers the cutter along the vector. I need square corners with tool radius compensation. I have CV mode turned off in mach3 so I know that is not it.

I cut one part with the 2d profile cutting from artcam and in mach 3 I had cv turned on but I had the check box lit up where it said "stop cv on angles > 89 degrees".
I have dry run the machine several times and it seems to do the same thing no matter what setting I have on CV although it does come to a complete stop at the corner with it off. This is why I thought it was artcam putting it in the code.
