| We used Applicon up untill a year ago when we finally went with Gibbs. We have made ten's of 1,000's of programs with Compact II. You could get some awesome tool control with it not to mention the family of parts you could build. But it is nice with Gibbs to bring in a solid and go after it. |

Well how to start...don't know if I will even get a reply. I am new to programming but I am using what they have used for a long time (Compac IIe). I was wondering if I can generate the geometry in the NCG and eventually get it into a CAD program somehow. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need to make drawings for several parts and it would be a lot easier to have the part boundarys to dimension rather than try to decypher the language to get a print. Thanks to all who reply in advance. Andrew |
