Hello CNCZone I am working on controlling my turret punch by PC using mach3 after writing a VB script to customize it for the machine. But the first thing to consider is the CAM program to produce the G code so that I can recognize the M code responsible for switching the ram of the punch in order to write the VB script for that M code. So what is the best CAM software do you recommend to do the job with minimum cost. Thanks in advance Waleed. |

Waleed, It is very hard to find good programming software that doesn't cost several thousand dollars. Check out www.turretprogramming.com for inexpensive punching software. I have heard good things about GPUncher.
