Eagle CAD importing

Hi,

this is my first time using CAD software and i need to get the information of a relay for a PCB design.
Link to manufacturers page

On there page is CAD files but I cannot get them into eagle. So how do i get a .dxf .iges or .step file into eagle

secondly, this would be a library file correct?

Sorry for being a noobie
