| Hi, Not experienced on lathes. Are you saying that tool 2 is moving to the wrong position? "...right through and does not start at the bar..." If so, I notice that you have G40 and G49 after the T0202 - don't those codes cancel cutter compensation (as they do on a mill)? This would put your tool in the wrong position. (Tool 1 may be working correctly, if you have left its offsets as zero and set your origin using Tool 1 as a reference tool.) DP |
