I am experimenting with Deskengrave and wonder if anyone can comment as to why the text appears normal in the program preview window but my CNC plots a mirror image (using a pen as a tool)? I don't see any "mirror" option in the program, does this mean my CNC is wired/calibrated backwards? I've attempted to try some of the other engraving "crippleware" but they all seem useless if I can't generate/save g-code and am not prepared to invest in any program that I cannot prove every function works to expectation on my CNC. Ok since everyone else out here is stumped....I figured the problem out, motor direction logic change on the axis did the trick. More stupid questions to follow.... |
