Non circular gears, looking for CAD drawings

Dear all,

I am not sure if this is in the correct forum so....

I am looking for CAD drawings of pairs (or more) of non circular gears with the biggest gear having an overall "diameter" of about 4 to 6 inches so that I can cut them and make them move together.

I know this subject was raised in 2006 but maybe things have advanced.
