I just read to never uninstall AutoCad products by file, just on add and remove programs. I have done a uninstall of AutoCad Freestyle the wrong way.

Now when I try to install a purchased version it wont download. I went onto Add and Remove programs to try to uninstall the demo version and it stops the uninstall and shows: 1:52: Failed to create NGEN 3:267

Version 18.0.0460


How do I get this off of my computer to install the purchased download version.
