    pricing cutout letters

I may have a job cutting out Plexiglass letters. there are 4 sizes that need to be cut. Here are the sizes 2 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch and 11 inch tall. All will be cut out of 1/2 inch thick Plexiglass. The customer will supply the material. There are 30 11 inch 45 4 inch 20 5 inch and 30 2 inch. What would be a fair price to quote this job?

figure out the overall 'inches' to be cut ,[around the periphery of the letter] divide by your ipm cutting rate, there's your 'machine time', then add your 'stock change time' at your rates...??
depending on your cam software, it may give you individual cut and 'average' change times as it generates your g-code..

    ..enjoy..
