Smile RFQ for CCNC milling advice needed

I have a PROPRIETY design of a putter already completed in Solidsorks. What is the best method to get reasonable quotes for a CNC milling center to produce a prototype? How best to get quote to mill putters in greater quantities/
From my solidworks design, is there a reliable method for CNC millers to estimate the time requires to mill each piece. (there are two in the design).
I hear milling machine cost per hour in India and middle east is $10.00 per hour. is that correct? What is a competitive "cost per hour" to expect in quotes?

    Thanks for the help

Do not ask for cost per hour, there are plenty of people who work for $75 an hour that with knowledge and the right equipment can work 4x faster than someone with limited equipment and knowledge that charges $25 an hour. Also note even amongst 3rd world countries you will get what you pay for. There are shops in China that can do high level work, but they don't charge pennies on the US dollar like the shops that make Wal-Mart garbage do. Post your file and ask for quotes specifying material and specific quantities like 1,5,100 etc. Ask for cost per unit in those ranges. Also specify lead time, surface finish and cosmetic requirements.
