    New High Resolution printer being crowd-sourced...

    I saw this printer in development several months here on the Zone. Since then the website has been pretty quiet. Well, today they launched their crowdsourcing for the project. They are using a site like Kickstarter, but it is a different site.

    Anyway, this is a MUCH higher resolution printer than all the RepRap-type printers out there. This is MUCH more like SLA level detail. I have not seen any printers of this style/technology in anywhere near an affordable range. I have funded the project, and thought some other Zone members may want to as well:

    I had wondered why it had seemingly disappeared.

    Good to see that there may yet be some life in that project.
