Hello guys!

This is really some thread! Im trying to figure out how to prepare the dino "true type font" in ArtCam. im struggling with the one you get when typing "a". Im getting self intersecting vectors and I can´t sort it out. Anyone know a workaround? Maby a "prepared" artcam model so I can see how it should look?

the guy who suposidly developed the fonts is a shopbotter. if you go to thier sight he is on all the time. you may be able to ask him??.. try looking at this link.

I have a lot of real dxf files of dinos, as well as the other guys in this sight. it may be a lot quicker to forget the type fonts and work with dxf file from the start. are you using a router to cut these?? look back on this thread and there are a lots. if you want something specific ask and we'll all try to help.

I didnt give up on the font file. I struggled through the tyranusaurus and cut it mad toolpaths in artcam. Now I have all the pices, but cant really figure out were all the pices should be. Anyone have a better phot than the one that came with the font files?
