Attached is the machine I made for face frames at work. Its a couple of years old now. Can butt join with it and mitres(not shown but their is a triangle that runs down the centre of the machine for peg placement when mitring).
This was mostly knocked up from old edgebander parts. The Router (uses dovetail bit) is attached to a edgebander knife thats powered by an accutator. Another actuator holds down the part. Switching sequenced so part is clamped before router can raise for safety. Stand is from one of those nasty pressed steel router tables. Used the switch on it to turn the router on/off.
