Hi folks, I have a customer who wants a newer (larger) version of this bed made. It's a tricky project for any number of reasons, but I'm really struggling to figure out how the edge detail was done. The precision makes it look machine made rather than hand-carved to me. Any idea how this was done? 5 axis CNC? I don't know the original manufacturer of the bed, unfortunately.
I estimate that I'll need over 50 feet of this detail made, both on flats and on curves. If you have recommendations for resources who do this kind of work, I'd welcome that as well.
