What happened to this tool?
Ok, i am a bit of a newbie to the whole CNC thing so please be patiente with me . . .
I have been using this tool for cutting MDF, 3mm thick. The tool is 3mm too. I used it for about 10-15 hours in different works, not in a signle run. Is it normal for the tool to be "burned" like this? Or am i doing something wrong? The tool still cuts, but the cut is not perfectly clean as it used to be, i have to sand the edges a little bit. Also the tool lost thickness, it's not a perfect 3mm cut anymore. I have more tools to replace this one, but i don't want the same thing to happen again . . . The settings i used for the works i made are, full rotational speed (27.000 rpm) and 150/200 inches per minute.

Wrong type of tool, and too much rpm. Try a 2 flute tool, at 15,000 rpm.
After 10-15 hours, you can expect the tool to be dull, and the diameter smaller due to wear on the cutting edges.
Also, use a blade or bit cleaner on the tool after each use. The burned on build up adds to the heat buildup and dulling. Clean bits will last longer.
