DC Down and Need To Run Machine

Just found out it will be next week before my DC is repaired and i am so far behind and need to run machine. I was told when i purchased the machine SCM Pratix S, not to run without DC on. Is there an alternate DC i can use for now such as Shop Vac or something ? Please any information will be appreciated.
