The better place to post might be in the RFQ section.
But I'm in Sandy. Do you have drawings?
I'm around the Portland, Oregon area. I am hoping to meet up with someone who could do some cnc machining on form core for me. Yes, I'm looking for inexpensive price and good quality. If there is a better place to post this request please advise.

Yes. I'm working in Rhino. I'm new with all of this. They are almost complete. There are two parts that need to be cnc machined. About 24" X 60" and about 1/2" in cutting depth. I wanted to 3d print portions of the completed part to see if it will work but from what I have learned its slightly larger than what parts can be made through 3d printing at this time. There may be larger 3d printer available but then costs of part jumps. Sandy is not to far. What do I need to send your direction to get you thoughts? and how do I do this other than posting the drawings on this post?
I sent a PM to you

Are you talking about the kind of board that's paper with some EPS foam inside? I'd think that would machine rather poorly; getting through the paper cleanly would be difficult. Unless there are 3D features that are essential, this might be something best done with a laser cutter.
