When setting the Z on a Thermwood CS-45-510 we usually type on the keybaord (TML) (due to the automatic bit setter does not work) never has since ive started) Then do our normal numbers we put in to figure out the daylight....save the number usually around 8.100. Go to run a program (usually test run it) and when its going to start the routing program. The bit is about a 1/4" up. Even after setting the daylight! Any suggestions!?!?!?
