How do I set up a stepped motor of extruder with z axis in cnc

hello.How do I set up a stepper motor of extruder with z axis that way when z axis down , extruder rotates.

I have an extruder connected to a stepper motor.i want when z axis go down my extruder rotate and when z axis go top The extruder stops turning.

You need two stepper drivers and some sort of motion controller plus a software to control them. I am not good at spoon feeding, perhaps somebody can give you a ready solution. I can't do it for free. Google is your best friend.
