ERROR ECN_0 Sys Err Rover 13

hello, I have a Rover 13 and it throws the error ECN_0 sys err
It does not let me move the head with the JOGs but with the automatic zeroing and when I start to start the job, the machine does not respond but it does not throw me any other error
