Environmentally friendly coolant

Any cnc machinists/programmers have experience with coolant that wont "kill aquatic life" when leaked? Our shop uses Cimcool 1070 but recently we upgraded, our safety officer got hold of the Data sheet and freaked out.

I use kero/olive oil, 3:1, pulsed.
