Multicam Plasma 3000 Error Msg XA 1 or 17

Have the above Muticam and getting screen messages:

Motor Fault XA 1 (sometimes 17)

RMS Torque too high

Possible root cause

Mechanical Problem

Motor cable Short.

Check cabling and that seem fine. some one checking Mechanical Problem now since unit is in off condition is hard to move.
