Take a piece of stainless, anything, 303, 304, 316, 404, whatever You have at hand.
Ideally, about 10 mm to 20 mm square rod.
Please mill a bit sticking out of the vice, about 1D-, so 10 mm for 10 mm billet, 10-15 mm for 20 mm rod.
As good as possible re: accuracy and surface finish.
I am extremely interested in the real accuracy of the part, your machine can make.
I am happy to pay for the material and postage, EU, (anywhere).
I am happy to measure it, (and post the results (if You agree).)
I am extremely interested in *how accurate * tuned pieces can be done on various machines.
Ideally, 2 pieces "stock" and "tuned" would be best.
I expect that stock pieces vs tuned have some difference in size, 0.001 - 0.010 mm.
