Durma AD-S problem "Acknowledgement of side shelders missing"

Hello

I am struggling with our new machine Durma AD-S30135 with operation ModEva15T
Every time I open the side shelders to change the punches, it gives me the error message" Acknowledgement of side shelders missing" and I can't do anything about it. The reset button doesn't work and, in order to continue my work, I have to restart the machine. I suppose there is a setting in the menu to deal with that problem, but i can't find it. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know how to deal with it?
