Do you mean you need a CAM program with 5 axis support and a post processor for Siemans 840 D control?
Look into Fusion360. Its the only thing I can think of that might be affordable that might have 5 axis support. It appears that Fusion does not have true 5 axis simultaneous movement just yet. I don't know if it has a post processor for your controller, but since its from Autodesk I imagine they would. I would ask on the support forums. I use Fusion in a very limited capacity for adaptive 3D clearing.
