Looking for help with a Mori Seiki EX0724 alarm

All,

Looking for some help with a Mori Seiki, when I try to do a pallet change I am getting a EX0724 alarm. Pallet condition data abnormal, and have no idea what is going on with it.
please help if you know anything about this alarm.
