I have a Haas trunnion that rotates on the x axis. I'm using hsm for cam with Haas trunnion post processor. When table is at 0 degrees program works great but any A axis tilt in degrees Y and Z axis don't compensate for the move so I have to set a separate work coordinate using g55. Hsm assures me the post is good. It seems that the g54 coordinate is not synchronized with any A axis tilt. I have a chuck mounted to the trunnion base and it seems whenever a multiaxis move happens Y and Z are coming off the trunnion base instead of the spindle. Any ideas are greatly appreciated
