Help Needed On Parts Catcher Doosan MX2000ST

Can anybody give me advice on how to set the parts catcher position.
At the moment using M310 the parts catcher hits the jaws of the right hand chuck
Can AnyBody HELP!!!!!!.

Yes it hits the jaws of the sub chuck!

looks like some customization is going to be needed. maybe make a special one for this job.

Does that mean for the mx2000st the only place you can catch parts is when the sub spindle is in home position?

most of the lathes i have seen the parts catcher lifts up just in front of the main spindle, and the door has a place to pick them out of. The doosan we have just has a cut out beneath the door and a conveyor to catch them. there is not a lot of wiggle room.
what i have to do is run the sub up to the parts catcher and drop it off and send the sub back home.

Our doosan has a fixed part catcher, it has some adjustment , but stays in that one spot.

Now I've sorted the parts catcher can anybody help me with ejecting the part from the sub spindle into the parts catcher?
