Lost wax cast I would guess you could carve the wax on a 4 axis cnc and then cast it it's fun .

I'd look into growing those on a 3D printer rather than trying to machine them. Things like the inscriptions on the inside of the band aren't a problem for a printer, but you'll tie yourself in knots trying to get a tool in there.
