Advice on solving Sequence error problem in Mitsubishi wire EDM FX 20

I have purchased one used Mitsubishi wire EDM, model FX 20. It frequently stops and the massage reads as "Sequence error" If we restart it runs for few minutes and same problem repeats. What are all the route causes for the above problem? Request your inputs to resolve.
