RENISHAW HPMA

Hello guys,
i have a CNC TNC-210DST and he has a tool setter HPMA. The problem is that when i give commands M57 or M56 , he returns a error number 2016 TOOL SETTER SENSOR ERROR. I checked the wires that make communications between the HPMA and TSI3 and all seems to be fine.
Please help me!

make sure the rp3 that holds the stylus is in the tool arm correctly, the status light should be green.
