mulitcam firmware needed-v4.46t

we just bought a used 2004 multicam 3000 series. somehow, the control board was missing all of software files needed to run this thing. we have gotten down to everything we need but there is a firmware mismatch. I am being held hostage by Multicam for a $3000 site visit rather than just provided us the firmware.

anyone have any ideas? any help is appreciated.

Sorry to hear of you plight. Unfortunately Firmware is the only thing that can`t be backed up or copied . Best you could hope for is to find a scrapped machine as a doner but even then there is no certianty of compatibility. Multicam have this pretty well sewn up i`m afraid.
