You won't find any software easier to use than V Carve Pro. But there's no Easy Button, either. Designing cool things takes skill, and is not easy for most people.
A lot of people buy designs on Ebay.
Good evening everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this post. I am fairly new to CNC but have been successfully running my 4x8 machine with Mozaik software for a few months now. OMGAH why did I wait so long to make this purchase. Completely changed the way process our cabinets!
Now I'm looking for something I can use to make fun projects for the wife, kids, friends, etc. The first thing/things I would like to create are some of the cool looking chairs I've seen online as well as some of the neat wine racks (not a wine drinker personally). I've been looking at Vcarve and Bobcad and am basically clueless to what I really need. I'm not the sorta guy that wants to have to sit down and right out every toolpath, feed rate, depth, etc. and would prefer something a little more user friendly if there is such a thing. Can someone nudge me in the right direction as far as what software I need to create the code and perhaps tell me where people are getting the code to make such items? I know they are available because I saw one dude had made at the local Woodwerks store last week. Hate to ask him since I didn't buy my machine there.
Thanks again
Jeff
