    Unhappy Annealing Belt Furnace

Hi, im new engineer. I need your help for my problem annealing furnace.

Temperature of the furnace can't be decreased, so we dismantled the machine and found that the heater is cracked and broken. And we also found that muffle has bulged. Do you know what makes that happen? And how to solve it? Should i change the heater? Or change the muffle?

    Thx,

The only thing you can do is replace the damaged parts. Over time this will happen. Rebuilding the furnace is part of normal maintenance. I have repaired a lot of high temperature furnaces, it's just something you have to do when they are damaged.

    Thx, before,

In your opinion what caused that makes the muffler bulged and the heater cracking? When we dismantled the furnace, the muffler touch the heater because the muffler had been bulged. Whether it is causing the heater was broken?

Sorry before, for my bad english, i hope you understand.

Your English is good, no problem there.

It is not possible to keep the muffle from being damaged when operating for a long time. The heat will damage the parts, there is no way to make it better. Possibly using different materials would help, but nothing will last forever.
