Back WOrking a CNC Router

HI I am Matt, After about 10 years away from the Router I am back on one. SIgnage Manufacturing mostly, I will have questions, First question is what is everybody using for a sacrificial bed, other then MDF, and can you use a vac to hold your material down through the bed?
