x700 stopped working

Hello i have recently purchased a x700 Redsail laser. I was cutting letter and the laser started to loose power then stopped working i have replaced the laser and still nothing

Not enough information here to know how to help. Assumption, everything works, x y axis except for the laser. Is that correct? The laser is not firing? If so, check you laser HVPS, is the led on? If so did you test the the HVPS by pressing the test switch? If you did, was there any lasing? If it lases, you have a control problem. If it does not lase, most likely a HVPS problem.
