Help with dxf?

I was hoping to get this converted to a dxf for a Christmas present. I only want the lettering and the circle on the one. I will place the bronco rider into the circle with the lettering. Thanks so much in advance for the help.

You'll have to resize and add the text, but the circle and horse are joined. SVG in the zipped folder.
