cnc swiss question

I'm programming a citizen L20 VIII it has a Mitsubishi controller. I have to do some face milling with part in the sub. My question is when I program the back working rotary tools. Which are tools 51-53 are they programmed on the main side or the sub side. I attached a pic of attachment I'm using.
