Rotary table questions.

Im new to the whole seen and with from lots of help form forum members Ive learned allot.
I have one question. This has been puzzling me for the better part of a week . Why do they have MT2 MT3 attachments on rotary tables . How and why would you need to use that on your mill?

Also what do you need a power drawbar for?

Offhand, I can think of three reasons:

• You can mount things like small collet holders in the taper
• Maybe you're doing something odd like machining a tool arbor
• Sticking something like a lathe centre or blank arbor in the taper can help you centre your mill over the middle of the table

To understand the zen of power drawbars, you must become enlightened. Meditate upon this matter by swapping tools a hundred times.
