Small boring bar holder?
T
Drill, or boring bar holder, round tool in general. Those type of holders were typically used on swiss-screw machines and some turret lathes. Older technology before the cnc, but still useful.

It is a Drill, Boring Bar or Round Tool Holder for a screw machine or turret lathe. It is a good way to hold onto a range of different sized round tools on the lathe. Here is a link with more info on where that product may have came from:

Hi, it looks like a face plate vee block to hold round material that you want to machine or drill an off centre hole in.
From the tiny pic in post #1 the two side screws are for attaching it to a face plate with the clamp plate on top to hold the round material in the vee......you then slide the block across the face plate to get the amount of throw for the off centre.
If it is that, it's a valuable piece of kit as you can machine stuff with a wider radius than in a 4 jaw.
