Need a way to quickly deburr 0.032 aluminum several feet long. It has an edge like the inner layer of corrugated cardboard and lots of burrs on the edge. I tried to trim off a very small amount with a router table to get rid of the big burrs. This works well but I would still like to clean it up a bit more. Thinking of using a couple abrasive flap wheels or wire wheels to knock off the remaining bits sort of like this:

Think I could slap something workable together out of a couple corded drills mounted in a plywood box with some guides. And thinking some fine wire wheels will get in the valleys along the edge better than the flap wheels.

Anyone put together anything like this or have other suggestions? I tried the tools you drag along the edge - they don't work well on the wavy edge.

The job isn't big enough to justify buying a machine just for this but it's big enough I don't want to do every one totally by hand either.
