Need Help with End Mill Finish

I need some help with troubleshooting a problem engraving aluminum.
Right now I am using a .024 Square End 2 Flute End Mill to engrave an image onto an aluminum part. feedrate .3 , 18000 RPMs 3 passes .0025 a piece for .0075 total depth. I am using a fill tool path on part of the image, and for some reason I am experiencing ridges from the overlap within the fill-work. Right now I am using a 30 % overlap, even when the overlap is increased, the ridges are still there. Do you have any ideas or tips for me ! ? Thank you for your time.
