    Default Cat Face

Hello this is my first post. Do any of you have a file of a cat's face with some detail. I found some of a hole cat but just the outline and no detail in the face. SWMBO is into cat's and I was going to make her a one of a kind key chain out of Titanium, engrave and cut out on a wire EDM.

Thanks for any and all help with this.

    Steve

I have been looking at your blogspot. I downloaded some of the files. I haven't used them yet, but you do some amazing work. To read that you get most from online coloring books is just plain smart. Thanks for all your hard work and sharing. Makes my recently finished CNC router much more valuable.

    jhop2,

Thanks, & glad you like the DXF files on my blog.

That's the reason I've been posting files, to give everyone more options on what to cut on your cnc machines (routers, plasma, etc...).

If you cut any of the files, I always like to see a photo of how the project turned out.

Hi Dertsap...can I make a quick suggestion....it might be there and I missed it. I looked at your carbide end mills but theres no shaft size. Cant buy if I dont know the shaft size! Apart from that, nice site and fantastic prices. Thanks for the link.
Edit: Shaft length would be useful info too.

Ok, so everything except the router bits are the same shank diameter as cutter diameter....ok. Thanks Switcher. I've bookmarked it to buy a few from to test.

This page list the router bits as 1/2" shank diameter.

thanks for pointing this out , typically with carbides the shank dia is the same as the cutting diameter , but i will add the extra info so there isn t any confusion
shank diameter is already marked for each hss endmill , the shank dia on the hss isn't necessarily the same as the cutting dia. so check the info provided to be on the safe side
also thanks for the compliment , weve been busting our butts to find decent tools at a decent price to add to the site , so far i'm quite happy with the stuff , i'm beginning to look into higher end tooling as well , obviously the price will be up a fair bit more but it will add to the variety and give the customers a better chance to find exactly what they are looking for

i'd suggest you use gmax to create a solid model or use inkscape to trace it
