hey there i just registered. im 25 years old in bc canada. i am in the process of being head programmer of my shop. i think my skills have grown leaps and bounds since i only started gibbscam 2 years ago. i can do anything from regular parts to high speed volumilling and advanced 3d machining on solid surfaces only part i havent got to try is 5axis but i do have the seat so going to start practicing. here are 2 parts i made. first set is some wheels that put holes in posts at the wood mill, and the next is my best work so far. i roiughed and finished a bevel gear tooth profile using 2 3/8 ballmills and a simple 3 axis doosan dnm 650. im a firm believer in high speed machnining and volumilling to save tool life and increase cycle time. if anyone out there would like to have a job made better but they just dont have the software. or need help with gibbs i am always open to help. if its for a shop or a actual machine ill do the first program free to see what you think i will not charge much for anything after if you wanted more since this it helps me with my skills and i already work full time in a shop.
