When I run Mach 3 I can scale each axis independently. So I would just set Y axis to 20% and the X axis normal.

Not sure what you have in mind, but I would look here for some ideas.

They hav lots of fonts you can download for FREE.

If you limit your depth of cut, the face in the middle will turn out alot better with more definition to it. I've cut alot of these.

well I only have it in a vcarve/aspire file. Like I said though, limit the max depth of cut to 0.4 inches and use a 1/4" 90 degree vbit. Mine are Whiteside bits. if you don't limit the DOC, you'll find that depending on the bit, it will go right through the board and into your spoil board..

Since this is a thread of sharing, can you post the vectric files (zipped) for your calendar? I'm going to cut a telecaster type guitar body and would like to use the details of you calendar for the face!!
