Hello all

i need to make a realistic copy of this gear
kinda like a 2ft set of gears that turn together
anybody know what this gear specification means and how i can get the
geometry to cut it?

Spline: DIN 5480 W35x2x30x16-9g

Just grab a picture of a hammerhead and convert it to dxf. Do you have Corel?

If you going to make this gear with a router post the gears dimensions as I have a program that'll not only create a dxf of the gear but will also make the code for Mach3.;

Hi, does anyone have or can make the peppa pig logo outline to cut out on a laser please.

I am then going to engrave the rest of the logo onto the cutout.

Here is a DXF from aspire. it has not been manipulated to your needs but it is vector format.

Just after Christmas my son was walking our sweet tempered Black Lab when a errant loose Pit Bull made an attack run at my son. Our dog interceded and for her trouble was nearly eaten alive.

After $1000 worth of vet bills and two months of messy home nurturing the dog will be scared but otherwise fine.

I was taken by the skill, concern and tenderness shown by the vet and the staff so to say thanks I used my DIY router and Aspire to make some wall hangings for them.
