Cement board is normally cut with abrasive or diamond saw blades. If you are trying to do this on a CNC router, a diamond burr of some kind might be your best option. Feeds & speeds? Start slow and bring the speed and feed up to where the machine is happy. A water spray will help remove the dust and help keep the tool from loading up.

If you don't mind the asking, what kind of a profile are you trying to cut?
If it is details in a shower stall or surround, there are easier products to cut. I have cut quite a bit of this and hardy panel with just a standard diamond saw blade and always have someone squirting a little water ahead of the cut or smaller pieces are cut on a tile saw with the same kind of blade.
You can make some fairly intricate cuts with those.

Why are you cutting that pattern into fiber cement sheet? It seems like a waste of time, money and material to me, but maybe I'm missing something? Are you covering it with tile or something afterwards?

That was for my client thankfully i changed his mind.
He planned to put that sheet in mild steel frame.

Raw cement board (at least the type we've got here in the US) is pretty ugly, and crumbly around the edges. It wouldn't support fine cutouts like you've drawn. So what are you doing instead? You could cut that out of a steel sheet with a plasma cutter, put it in a steel frame and it would look a lot better.

I had assumed it might be something that gets a coat of stucco over it or something to that effect.
The material to use for that though in a low traffic area would be styrofoam and then mesh with a portland coat and then a couple top coats. Much easier on the machine and tools though clean up might be about the same.
