Problems with making detail.

Hi!

Hope somebody can help me with this.
I need to make this thing for my schoolwork, but I don't know how. I need to get right technology and all the parameters for it. Including machine and tools, machine times, cutting speed, all the cutters used and so on.. Workpiece I have to make it from is 40x40 square metal rod, total lenght is 6m, but can be shorter also.
