Laser Cutting machine

Hi everyone,
I´m from Argentina and I have a business that works with acrylic, but my laser cutting machine is not working properly. Its a Golden Laser cutting Machine 80w.
First I change the laser tube but didn't work, after I changed the power supply. Now the laser needle seams move, but still nothing.
Anyone could help me with this ???
